There are two store in mapusa one near union pharmacy sell low quality product I bought slippers form the above store in one month I seen tear cut on nillon belt. I went to claim there they rejected my claim telling me that it is done internally so I depressed and went off.

Once you enter the glass door they will treat you like a Prince or a Princess... They will help you and guide you to their best...

The showroom is nice. Decent collection. Footwears, apparels, are available here. Located in a middle of the city. Traffic congestion might be a problem here. Although bata products arent that good but thats another story. While very few items were good.

I had recently bought formal shoes from BATA and its great. Good quality

Bata shoes have no quality. I had a very bad time since I purchased shoes from here. The quality of shoes is third class and their warranty is of no use. The staff is very rude. Ill prefer buying from road than from Bata since even batas shoes last for 2 weeks and it is expensive as well.
