No. 1 worst jio store in India.. all the jio staffs are too worst who doesnt care about our queries. I went there for jio smart phone but they had given me other company mobile and they are saying that they had already told us.. for your kind information you should be aware before entering the store!!!!!!!!!

Staff very helpful. Acess very difficult for disabled people. No ramp and steps are too high. Also it opens at 10 30 not 9

So you go to this shop first they say they need a local reference because my aadhar card is from Mumbai , after spending an hour in the shop to buy a simple jio card I come to know I have wasted 1 hr with someone who is new in the shop and he himself hasnt done his kyc to put money on my new card . Then after they realise thus they give the job to another guy who when asked about that do I need to go through the process again to which this guy says very rudely that if you want to do it then do it other wise let it be .Very very pathetic servicePeople are there just to do a job which they are not even interested in as they get there salaries anyways , good luck jio

Always closed!! Tried visiting it 3 times...all during between 10am to 1 pm...

Just useless people sitting at the desk ....good for nothing ...just plain stupid!
