This store is so pathetic.And the assistant working there is so not fit for that job.She doesnt know how to talk to people and is absolutely zero percent cooperative. When I told her about my problem she was like well I dont know about and you take care of your own problems

Lady staff is worst. Rude conversation with all customers. No proper replies to queries. Third class behaviour of that lady staff. Too much arrogant.

Really such a bad experience from these two girls ,i was going to replace my Sim But she was ignoring me on that time, and they are taking 100/- of any work they will done of any customer even i also pay ,and i was going specially from calangute to mapusa ,Sim,s networks are done and another thing nothing was done,like i. m not able to call anyone or did not recieve any call or also with Sms,Really a very bad experience

I would request everyone to please port your no to jio as after merging with vodafone its a waste company. Staff behave like a govt employee. And staff of mapusa customer support are worst... Its beed 3 days after paying bill the sim is not activated. And these people call in every minute to remind bill payment...

Helpful people in the idea store

Worst network and worst service. Although I have unlimited plans, im unable to see WhatsApp and YouTube videos for more than months, so I went here. They said sim card is old, but they dont have 4g sim, and dont know when it will come. So I went to another VI office, who charged me 100Rs for new Sim. But still same bad bad network. Not only me but other VI subscribers in my area also same problem. But Other service like Jio is giving good network. So VI CANNOT give or is NOT INTERESTED in givinggood network.BAD BAD BAD.

Poor service no manners to talk being as a franchise of VI .he was not able to attand the complaints and even not given the jo who can help me with this . Pls aviod

The only idea agency in Mapusa ,stayed in queue for 2 hours on Thursday and got to know that their software did not work as required. My sim exchange did not happen. Was called next day,Friday the shop was closed and not open for services.

Horrible services after vi merger

Very poor service. I went to port my number to idea, the staff is saying that ull have to port it to postpaid service(bill amount Rs.500 per month after porting) and then u can make it prepaid after 4 months where as my sim is prepaid. when I asked them reason for this, they are saying dat while uploading document for prepaid porting the system doesnt respond and gets stuck and for postpaid i t works fine. Then when i went to a retail shop they ported my sim to prepaid idea without any problem. In this way the staff at Idea treats the customers. If a retail shop person works on system without any issue why cant u authorised idea people cant do it????

I have been in this store for couple of times the staff were polite and very much helpful so overall a good experience.

Idea is porting its customers to vodafone and also changing their prepaid plan to postpaid so basically they are increasing their revenue by this malpractice.

Im forced to give a one star rating, honestly they dont deserve a one star rating. This place has such horrible staff. Ive met great famous people with humble attitude, but if you want to meet the worst people, please do visit this Idea store. Ive been receiving messages from idea to link my aadhaar, so I go there around 1:40 p.m. in the afternoon today. Most people get time to do such stuff during lunch breaks. The girl working there with a horrible personality told me to come at 3:00 p.m. Theres no need for such a long break! This is just sad!

Staff was courteous and efficient, the place was clearly understaffed and the place could use a cleaning.

Idea sim cards go bad after a few months n u have to pay to get a new one everytime. This is new way of making money.

Worst service ever got, I had a huge respect on idea but this time terribly left from the Mapusa store.Can you imagine that they took 10 days to activate a post paid sim card and end of the day they rejected my request and straight away denied me in rude manner,Staff is irresponsible, got the situation to request them for each time, but I am totally disappointed.Sorry idea tea, this is not the way to deal with the guest.Its better to change executives behaviour.

Extremely unprofessional service & rude+arrogant behaviour of 2 girls at this store.. I had gone to this Idea Gallery to change from Postpaid to Prepaid.. I got a No it cannot be done blunt reply from the thin skinny girl who handles that along with another girl behaved rudely (they sit on the extreme right near the entrance door) & she was reluctant to take the request, rude tone, ignoring me & talking to her colleague in between, also gave wrong information that this conversion from Postpaid to Prepaid is a long 11 hours process. These 2 girls are never in their uniforms, nor have their name plate/batch. She refused to tell her name when asked, so I called Idea Customer care & reported about this, & i learnt that it is merely a 15-20 mins process to convert postpaid to prepaid with eKYC verification.. when i asked that skinny girl to speak to the Idea representative on the phone she refused & said Im ready to take your request. These 2 girls (names yet to be known) DONT deserve to be in customer service business. I am now thinking of porting to a different network if this kind of pathetic & insulting service is offered by Idea staff at their Idea galleries. Idea Authorities should take a strict action against such morons & set an example, or soon there will be a time when nobody would want to get Idea !!

Very very bad experience the staff treat costomer as if they know nothing not at all helpful and try to get away from work they just make the old people or the person who is illiterate to go out and ask their difficulties to some outside shop . They even told them to do KYC outside which cost them 20 RS. The girl sitting extrem right bosses around and always shouts at costomer and behaves rudly.
