Horrible experience with this office. They make you run back and forth without giving proper information.- There is no systematic line queues, everyone just rushes.- And even if you do manage to reach the intended person, theres a high chance that they will forget that they attended you.- Everything is done manually so work is even slower.- a quick 15-30 minute job can keep you waiting for 2 hours.- Working staff are not professional, as one would expect from a goverment body.This place is disgrace to the state of Goa. And unfortunately, there is no other alternative.

Excellent and very helpful staff. I have never seen a better government office. The building is not clean however the office is small and people friendly.

Correction in address: Sub Registrar, Morons, Mapusa Goa. Corrupt government employees here. Always hungry for money. Office is placed in the dirtiest and darkest building. No lights. You feel like you are in a maze finding the office which is on the top floor. Once you reach here you face morons, some are good though, wont say all are bad.

The office of the Sub Registrar is on the 2nd floor. The building it is situated in is in a flithy state .The inner walls are damp with paint peeling.There is a lift which doesnt function. One has to negotiate through garbage, dog turfs and paan stained walls to reach the second floor. There are only 10 seats available in the waiting there are fans which stop working when the power fails. The place is always crowded. There is no restroom facilities. Considering the amount of money being transacted here daily, the facilities are pathetic. One has to be lucky to get parking here. There is no wheelchair access or parking.
