Taking extraordinary charges on water bill this charges are not as per the consumption of waterwhich is very inconvinent to the public, also not take immediate action on complain of water bills

Very Poor Services and very uncooperative staff.

They have not provided any of their contact numbers so this shows their non willingness towards their job and also the meter reader its like we never saw him coming and we often find our water bills on grounds ... And mostly this people enjoy two days of holiday that is Saturday and Sundays so if any thing happens between this two days then people have to wait till the Monday... This is really sick and shameful how the government is running this without any notice or strict actions towards his employees.

1 Star for lack of negative ratings. Cant believe, digital India and the contact number are all outdated. Most contact numbers non functional. I called on one contract number given, the incumbent had retired 3 years ago, but the number/name has not been updated. Very sad. My rating for this is -5star.

All those who talk of so called Digital India must come here. The place is a disorder. Even staff members are not aware what they are working for. The latest swag of the water bill readers is that they shamelessly put a piece of printed paper on your gate & disappear. If you find it, you will find an error in reading saying Dog manace. All my neighbours have this issue & none of us have dogs. Truly Pigs (No offence to the pigs)!
