Talk nicely, make promises, but do not deliver. If this is the face of Panasonic India service than it is indeed best to avoid Panasonic products. What a pathetic service. Today is two months, yes TWO MONTHS, since my TV is being repaired. “Give me until the end of the day”, “Give me some time”. Still no TV.

Please think before buying Panosonic product just because this service center is the worst ,third grade service center
