Very reasonable and good AC restaurant just near to mapusa bus stand. Tea @ 20 now and you can see the complete menu in the pictures attached. Ambience is really amazing. And you will have to wait outside in the waiting list as during evening its housefull.

Very good place for snacks.We had cold coffee,Faluda and sandwich all dishes were very tasty. The staff is very polite and help-full. They even provided us with candle light even without asking since it was Valentine’s Day when we visited the cafe.

A very bad and pathetic experience I am a regular customer of tulsi cafe throwugh swiggy and Zomato thought of personally visiting the cafe today however tht was worst choiceI entered the cafe at 10 there was no place that’s ok we were given a table at 10.15 however the real service starts then I waited for someone to take. The order called the person three to four time he didi not come then at 10.30 a person finally came to take my order I place my order for Upma , Goan sukhi bhaji Puri and since mesh Wada was not there he told me I can place after some time Upma came after 5 min however till 10. I was waiting for Puri and bhaji Icalled the waiter he was giving a def ear a small short fellow is so arrogant inspire of seeing him calling he does not even bother I went to the counter and asked him how much time also forgot to mention before going to the counter I called the shorty he came and asked me what is not order great so the earlier guy what order he had taken I was shocked then at 11 am I get to know tht the puri dough is over so wow what do u expect customer to do and why don’t u inform the customer if the stuff is over tell the customer u want the customer to wait for more half an hour till the time ur dough is over and the shorty started to give me a back answer the quality of food being good the service is pathetic it’s better to avoid going at this place any time u wish to have u can also go to other local hotels like Udupi express sai sadanand Vrindavan cafe shantadurga the service of the cafe is not even worth for 1 star

Not meant for group dining. Sitting arrangement is inadequate. Upper section is closed. Staff is half informed. Some items from the menu are never available. AC is too cool. They wont even join tables on request.The only plus point is their reasonable price.

Great ambience, perfectly clean restroom and fresh food at a reasonable price at Mapusa bus stand. I was actually feeling a little unwell and ended up going there looking for a clean restroom. As soon as I entered I was impressed to see such cozy ambience and impeccably clean restroom. I imagined it must be very expensive but when I looked at the menu it was so reasonable I ended up buying and eating more than I planned. Thanks Tulasi cafe for maintaining such a good facility!

Review as a tourist. I can’t this place exists , their prices are super cheap. Clean hygienic and their staff is all covered with mask a gloves with head caps. It looks like a very pricy restaurant but tea here is just 10 rupees n what a tea💞. In this pandemic it’s hard to believe their menu and den harder to believe it for Their quality. Although the place is certainly not meant for group meals. Can accommodate 4 ppl at once. In this day and age ppl are supposed to understand value of reviews. This place definitely deserves more reviews.

Excellent and best restaurant in entire Goa..food just tastes awesome , super delicious and authentic .Their farm fresh pizza was better than pizzahut or dominos, dahi aloo puri , sev puri , rava masala dosa , sambar, batata vada all are simply the best . Try out any dish , I bet you will not stop eating until your stomach is overfull than usual..and dont forget the gadbad icecream to end it . I have not seen such a good and affordable restaurant in Goa than Tulsi cafe ...If you want to taste pure Vegetarian food then dont think twice , come here directly .

Best cafe to visit near bus stand. We tried dosa, uttapam, idli & vada. Taste was really good. Staff was really nice. Ambience of cafe was very pleasant.Tea was too great. Totally thumbs up 👍
