Great cocktail bar. Nice location. Small yard for smoking and dancing in the evenings.

Considered To be a high class cocktail bar but frankly speaking it didn’t impress me that much.It’s located opposite of thé intercontinental hotel ergo a lot of (snobby) tourist there.Service is ok-ish but not with a flair or charme.Cocktails are good though. Music is modern, I think they want to position themselves as a techno bar. I didn’t hear Boris Brechja or Dj Tiësto playing there…..

The best Restaurant, Bar and Chilling place in Moscow (Maybe in the whole Russian Federation). Everyone comes here will most definitely fall in love with it... I wish theres an extra STAR to highlight, but unfortunately 5 star is the maximum rate provided by Google. Thank you NOOR BAR!

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. A lot of hue and cry about the amazing cocktails here. Overcrowded and rubbish. Ordered a cocktail which was one tenth the size of a glass with a mix of absinth and bourbon. The apple tini was sour and tasteless. Another cocktail was ok. Even after I refused to drink the absinth cocktail they charged me for it which no decent bar and restaurant does. A lot of better bars out there. Can surely give it a miss !

Lively cocktail bar on a busy street of Moscow. The staff was polite and helpful and the environment was nice and modern. We loved the vibe and the people there. Recommended for a drink/cocktail.

Extensive list of classic cocktails all made with craft, from Mai Tai to Negroni, and from Gimlet to White Russian. Very mixed crowd, Moscow Socialites and their sugar daddies, hipsters and goth girls. Nice patio outside and gender neutral restrooms downstairs.

I like this place and visit it from time to time for a couple of years already. It is quite stylish, good choice and quality of drinks. The prices are higher than average in Moscow, but the bar is mostly visited by expats and foreigners so it gives the reason for that. On the weekend the DJs here are really amazing, that’s what you should definitely check out if you like electro music! However - it’s very crowded Friday and Saturday nights as well, gets difficult to get to the bar sometimes.Apart from all theses advantages there’s one problem of this place - the managers and staff members here do take advantage from the foreign audience and can easily cheat on them with the final bill. We faced it several times, especially if there are a lot of drinks on the bill shared by many people. So would be useful to have at least one local guest with you not to pay them more in the end.

A good place for weekends evening. The environment is very beUtiful and classy and the service is great. Perfect for dates night or just to hang out with frineds. The personell is very nice and professional and dressed like super mario bros... in white!!!!

Extensive cocktail menu and awesome interior. No draught beer but the local beer from the bottle was just as good.

Racism at its best, the guy on the door refused to let us in after doing what he called face control, we were 2 couples... and after calling the management they asked us if we were drunk and again they confirmed that granting entry is based on a face control, racism racism racism.

Not so long ago this place was one of the best places in Moscow for a cocktail and a great night - its now three times bigger, three times busier and not as much fun as it was.We had 4 drinks with 3 of them made fresh and delicious. 1 had been pre made and sat on the bar for 10 minutes as I ordered which to my surprise was then given to me - after telling the barman I didnt want an old crusty cocktail for £10 he insisted by shouting loudly that Id ordered this drink so should take this drink). Other staff were great!Overall: Music, crowd and general ambiance arent as good as they used to be but still a decent place for a drink.

If you want to have an experience of early 2000s with a facecontrol and a maximum rude security guy this is the place. Ordinary bar with ordinary drinks and a huge ego of security.

Very cool atmosphere and decor. The bartender took the time to share with us the story of the bar and even gave us a free drink. 5 stars all the way!

Nice atmosphere but the service the day we were there was dreadful. No sign of a smile and no sign of even trying to be helpful. They answered our questions about the menu like we were asking them to move a mountain. Ran away very quickly barely hearing the order only to come back later and ask it again. When it was time to pay the waitresses were nowhere to be seen. With prices like that the service and overall impression leave much to be desired. Won’t come back to that place.

Noor was the greatest disappointment I ever experienced in Moscow.I was born and grew up in Moscow before I left to Germany a few years ago. I love this city and Noor was highly recommended to my friend by her colleague who travels to Moscow for business. My friend and I are successful business women and met in Germany around 10 years ago. For many years, I told her about Moscow and how lovey this place can be. Finally, we could arrange a private vacation for a few days. We had quite a great time until our last day when we planned to visit a great bar-club and followed the recommendation.Well, my friend happened to be an intelligent, sweet, honest and great woman from Ukraine. There were two security guys at the front door at around 4 a.m in the night between the 27th & 28th July. I am sincerely sad that I did not catch the name of the left-hand guy around 45-50 years of age with a country-guy face and fake teeth who meant to feel the power of the guest selection by the place of birth. While his colleague, a polite younger security man tried to smooth the situation, that rude Nazi turned my friend down with the words You have the Ukraine passport? Your kind is forbidden the entry. Now leave the premisses.In my entire life I was not that ashamed to be a Moscovite. I expected us to be progressive advanced intelligent people. Id expect such a behavior from a trashy run-down hole somewhere in the suburbs, but not from a place like Noor on Tverskaya. I will certainly make sure that all relevant tourists pages and information sources as well as all my colleagues and business partners get informed. I am sure my friend will do the same.

*edited* I have been once again and i should say the security was OK, the cards being accepted, was a pleasant evening despite the first really uncomfortable experience.So uncomfortable security did not allow us to enter. Our friends inside payed a tip for allow us in. The bar is nothing special, house music and expensive cocktails, double price than normal. They claim to be posh while dont accept card. I discourage anybody to come here.

Incredible place. The bar is a fashioned style place in the city center, close to Patriarchy pons, the coolest part of Moscow. The cocktails are ok (pay attention because you can only pay by cash, but there is an Atm downstairs ndr) and especially in summer they have 2 dj set, one inside and one in the back of the court, outside. The food is ok but a little bit expensive, the cocktails are around 500/600 doubles. The people are very nice.
