Bit hard to locate. Ambience is okay. Coming to food. Quantity was good. Taste not so much. Ordered chicken lollipop which was just batter fried on bones. Crispy chicken and noodles were okay. But bit too dry. I guess their Thalis are good and famous. Avoid Chinese food.

Flying fish is inside Mapusa market opp Saraswat bank and near RBL Bank on the first floor its a non AC restaurant but quite airy and nice good thing they serve fish thali even at night rate is approx 150/- Rs for a thali and nicely laden with rice sol curry salad pickle papad fish curry a sabji and bhaji accompanied with a sweet dish and optional fried king fish, pompret, prawns, modso, mackerel etcInterior decoration is fish every where and suits perfectly really nice place and excellent food whenever I visit Mapusa I eat here

Food is great. Recommended places for taste.Pros:We had Kingfish Thali with a Limca (although people here prefer it with beer). I have had many fish thalis in Goa but this is one of the best in Mapusa Area. Also the staff was nice. Overall its good, and hence the footfall at Lunch time at this place is high.Cons:Location is hard to find for first comers. AC would have been a great add-on in the restaurant

Simple tasty and fresh Goan fish thali.....clean place ...less crowd.... awesome rates for eg prawn thali for 200/-👌PayTM–able.Only drawback ....most items on the menu not available ....Its good for local cuisine only.

This place has the most amazing food for unbelievable rates. Their fish thali serves a fried fish of your choice plus prawn curry plus two other types of fish curry, plus vegetables plus sol kadi plus.. All for just ₹ 200. It is a bit hard to reach n does not fancy decor but has fish cut outs all over. The owners n servers are very warm n hospitable!

This place is not as great as the reviews. Especially, the fish thali. The only good tasting item in the thali was the fried fish. The rest were not so great.

Almost rotten food with with bland taste and screwed up cooks and servers. There are plenty of amazing shops around. The cook will act as if he went to sea and caught it by hand before cooking and thats why the food is late. Please make wise choices.

Ordered via Swiggy. Very disappointed with the quantity. Will never order food again..its a total rip off. They pack food in silver pkts so that they only give a certain amount..Please dont waste your money and ear else where. Also the mutton was raw and mostly fat.

Unknown place, a wholesaler shop recommend me this small homely restaurant above his shop, surprisingly it was very good in taste, I ordered fish thali which was for RS.120 and small tuborg beer for RS.60 really value for money

Visited this Place in the month of November. Its located at Vagator right on the beach with a lovely ambience. We got prompt and warm service by the team.However the food was not as tasty as we expected from a Goan restaurant however having dinner at Beach front was a nice experience. Worst Service Ever. When we ordered Same Fish Thalis , Each Fish Thali has different items and some items are not even there in few Thalis. Staff are too arrogant and they are not giving respect to the Customers. I suggest people to think twice and try other Best Restaurants in Goa instead of going to Flying Fish.

Worst experience ever , ordered 12 same talis,and all 12 were totally different (meaning they gave random dishes in random talis ). Total waste of time and food was too bad . Very bad service ,and everything looks beautiful when you see ,but tastes and smells worst when you eat .if you want to eat actually, instead of just taking selfies with traditional food then this is the last place you want to be . Even after reading this much if you want to go to this restaurant, may the lord be with you ,and dont go more than 2 persons because you wont find a place to sit 😂
