This stay was worst in every possible way. Servants dont even listen to their owners, water problem is severe in this place. Paying for this place is way to expensive and useless.

Excellent location.. amazing interiors and great hospitality..you need to come here with relaxing mood..the service is not to the level of a hotel but the surroundings will negate the negatives..Be aware you need to pay in cash..this is the most irritating thing which I was not satisfied..

The place is not just another homestay. Its rather an experience. One cant have enough of it in a day or two! Ill strongly recommend.

I felt disappointed about this place. To expensive for low quality. Wifi doesnt work, no hot water in the shower. I would not recommend you renting a scooter from the owner, or order a taxi for you - you will pay twice. You can get much better place to stay in Ashvem Beach for half price and much better conditions. Those of the people who think this place is stylish should go to Bali. For cheaper price you would get REALY stylish villa with amazing food and people that you can trust when asked for recommendation or help.

Very bad property the pictures are misleading. Please dont ever select this property. This is next to a fish market bad service , Not clean at all they have no good staffs. There is no AC rooms and No electricity half the time.

Stunningly beautiful surrounded by the river and sea on 3 sides and a waterfall on the hillside which us overrun with peacocks and all sorts of birds
