Room are good and spacious. its approx 1.5. From Mapusa taxi stand. staff is good . It have only one lift which is slow.

I only visited the hotel on the ground floor of this building. Very clean, prompt service and good food coupled with reasonable prices. Limited parking

The construction is of superb quality n spacious rooms in the flats , centrally located in the heart of mapusa city Goa

Its perfect place. Budget hotel. Its walking distance from mapusa stop. Once you are done with your vacation or you just landed in Goa and need a place to stay for that couple of nights you should choose this place. The location convenient and rooms are clean. Though the washroom was a bit stinky I didnt mind as it was clean. Maybe the smell was from outside. Their restaurant food is ok but expensive. Thats the only problem I had.

The ceiling in my bathroom is leaking since 1.5 years and Ive been complaining and complaining and nothing has been done to rectify the leakage and now my entire bathroom ceiling is damaged. Now the next bathroom ceiling has started leaking. The lift in our building is not working since a year and we have to walk up and down the stairs.

Rooms are good, lobby is nothing only a sofa to sit. Reception Staff attitude required a lot improvement, they cannot help you to get a bottle of water if you are reaching there over night.Overall pathetic service!
