A parking slot for each residence, good internal roads, great amenities like gym and clubhouse along with a swimming pool, no compromise in terms of security, backup generators and so on in short what an apartment complex should have. Textbook I will say.

Calm and Peaceful place to reside !!!I stayed in this luxurious property for one and a half year( 2015-2016) (on Rent).Its an excellent property.Very clean, calm, lot of areas for kids to play.The best part is , its just a stones throw away from Peddem ground, which is an excellent place for Sports enthusiast.

Home sweet Home

This is a paradise being surrounded by the forest for real with common forest animals visiting the society. Apart from which the view is beautiful and has a good enough gymkhana with Table tennis and carrom along with small size gym. There is an adult sized swimming pool with child pool in the corner. The flats are spacious and huge. Society is equipped with solar heaters for each wing for all buildings. Greenery surrounder the borders and inside of the society adds to the freshness to your time here. Additionally there are various gardens and playing areas for kids to keep them entertained. All in all it is a paradise literally. 👍👍

Its not as posh as shown in the photo. Its a decent quiet area. A bit far off from the happening places and most of the beach.
