Sometimes it becomes a little difficult to find right words to express appreciation. I had been trying to buy a property from last two years, worked with a few brokers (turned out shady) faced multiple disappointment and gained gyaan buying property in Goa is a cumbersome job, and also extremely time consuming.Then i met Derron from Limestone Realty, from taking my requirement to concluding the deal he took just 3 months. Firstly he found the property of my dream in just a week, upon my assent he negotiated a really good bargain, and he let me sit back and relax as Derron completed entire paperwork from expression of interest to sale deed and registeration. Actually we could hv done the deal in two months, but i stopped process for three weeks on account of pitrupaksha and other inauspicious time.For a person who had lost hope he could buy a property in Goa, Derron came as an proverbial angel.He is totally different from any other broker, he picks up the phone between 12PM and 4PM...and late in night too.
