I have found Starbucks experience (service and taste) consistent across the globe. This is what makes it unique compare to all the other coffee chains. It is bit expensive compare to other coffee chains. The staff was courteous and place was following the covid protocol. They were not allowing/serving people not wearing mask. Snacks were fresh and again consistent in taste. The souvenirs for sale could have been placed properly, they were just kept on a table. I was able to use the Starbucks app to make the payment. The service was fast and accurate as ordered. Overall a very good experience once again.

The experience was fine. Nothing majorly exceptional or worthy mentioning. However, one thing is for sure, if you are a coffee lover and one this highway. Fill in your tanks with coffee here. You may not get a pit stop for long on this route. Happy travelling folks!

They serve tasty parathas and hot tea that can be refilled. However, their bedmi puri is average.They serve some yumm Jalebi as a complement but only if you ask.😎

Good place if you are a coffee lover or need an aristocracy while hanging out....The place is clean and sanitized time to time moreover temperature checks were also done... So we felt safe but sits are available as per social distancing so you may or may not get seats... Do visit if your pocket allows you can also find dining options nearby Starbucks... ✌️

I usually take the hot chocolate venti coz I love its taste. It was awesome as usual the waitress was quick in service as I asked her I was in a hurry. She made a good to go venti within secs. Loved it 🤟🏻

Staff isnt that well trained, and messes up the order not just once but faced the same issue couple of times.Instead of working they are usually fighting for who will complete the order :pKiddish hahaRest Starbucks coffee has been great as usual.

Very rude and pathetic experience of this Starbucks branch..I never expected such behaviour from such a renowned brand..I must say the staff here is very un-professional and manner less.If this type of behaviour continues it may result in shut down of this outlet 👎🏻👎🏻

Experience was wonderful I was stunned when I saw this outlet in highway where you usually found road side dhabas only but first time I accept the fact now our indian highways are somehow manages to get outlet like these very great ambience as u expect from Tata product ..mainly Starbucks...go ahead must visit place

The location of this outlet is a blessing for people on the delhi haridwar highway.Indulge into your favorite coffee at a location youd hardly expect. But overall, the outlet has a nice footfall and the staff is quite friendly.The decor is amazing and the location is complemented by other major outlets like McD and Haldirams.

Location is very good. It is a clean and spacious outlet. All the covid 19 related precautions are in place, Staff is using mask and face shield. No entry without temperature check and sanitizer use. Just they have to work on their coffee as well as this is single starbucks in this locality. Had a flat white which took hardly 5 min to make. It is pricey and they have to justify the price tag of 300 inr for a short flat white.
