Best Chat and Dahi bhalle one can ever have. Sham himself is a very humble guy and deals with his customers very politely. I can say this so confidently because I am seeing him from last almost 18 years.If you stay in Mansa from years, you must be aware of him and if you are just visiting Mansa then you should go there and taste it once.
