A gated community with wide internal roads... But has some water supply issues might be solved with bhageeradha water connections... Most of the houses are 2BHKs but with the customers choice a duplex or a 3 storied buildings are being built by the builders (pretty overpriced for the locality, plot size and the architecture of the construction). Dedicated security.
