Hence its having worth to buy housing plots in Iceland which has DTCP approval. Nearby localities per cent price reached upto 1.5 Lacs to 3 Lacs.Another 2-3 years needed for full fledged development in this surroundings. Also 5 houses builted nearby. As of now buying iceland plots would be the right investment option for best returns in 5 years, even with in 2 years.
