Their service is the worst in mannarkkd. all the items i ordered online will come to my doorstep except dtdc. i think if any body face this issue, directly complaint to the shops or online stores.

They dont deliver package at home even if it is around 2km radius. They will ask to come and pick from the office. Ive ordered several items all other couriers delivered package at home except dtdc. Very poor service.

Very bad experience with the dealer. I have travelled 17+ km to collect my consignment. They do not have proper door delivery.I have booked a consignment after getting information from their site. When they called after they received my consignment they informed me that the site information is not correct. When I contacted the customer care, they told they updated the site and all the information is correct.

Very poor service. I had a consignment, to be delivered in Karimba, sent to mannarkkad for delivery on 9th Sep. They marked in the status that the receiver is not reachable and they kept the same for 4 days. But when tracking the location of consignment shown in palakkad. They havent provided any contact no. in the tracking page and the contact number given in the google results was incorrect. When I visited their branch, it was closed. Later when I checked with DTDC palakkad, they told me that the consignment still in mannarkkad and will return to palakkad. I didnt understand even though karimba is near kalladikode why they were to mannarkkad instead and not even contacted me. Very poor experience.

Please note, they will not deliver to your address. They’re practically the worse courrier service in the country after professional courrier. These people just keep getting worse every day. Please refrain from using such services.

Mannarkkad (Nellipuzha) DTDC should not be used by anyone for any reason, because the experience I had today (18/07/2021) I am a RE-SELLER, my 5 parcels will be returned in a few days for no reason, the staff of DTDC did not even call me a customer once, and then that. ... Staff are called there and do not pick up the phone, WhatsApp does not attend. DTDC in Mannarkkad ..... staff. Now you have to pay the shipping charge again and send it through another courier.* Please do not use DTDC for essentials, it is a very poor service especially Mannarkkad (Nellipuzha) DTDC *

Their idea is door delivery but to go to their office and collectDocuments are not recorded in the tracking list.In addition to the shipping charge, they had to waste petrol and go to their office to buy it
