Irresponsibility is huge

Very bad courier service in Mannarkkad, theyre not professional at all.

Its a very good enterprise, they provide good service , moreover I worked as field executive in there.

Courier facility at mannarkkad are not responsive and not professional. They will not the deliver the item or product ordered to the customer. They always like to perform fraud practice, like once item reached to their courier facility location (mannarkkad) they will change the delivery status as based on customer request delivery is delayed. These things lead to worst situation and they will return the package without customer consent. Of course i have to say this this is an extra ordinary couriers service and they make sure that the product never reach to the customer.

Worst service. Returns item without intimation. They dont deliver items to door step. Insisting customers to come to their office for collection. Such a pathetic service. E commerce websites like Amazon and Flipkart should stop using their service.

Item is out for delivery.but not yet received.worst service felt ever.

I got a text saying my order was undelivered coz I was not available, the fact is I was waiting for the whole day and doesnt receive a call. So the next day I went to their warehouse and enquired there about my order and they promised to deliver it by noon coz the package was out for delivery. Again I waited an entire day and still no response.An extra point to add. They treat our products like garbage, believe me I saw how they treat the package. Never choose them as delivery partner if you need your product in perfect shape. Or atleast not in multiple pieces!

This is the worst courier service in the worldThe is reached in their courier service centre . But they are telling they cannot deliver it . The reason they are telling is the product is big and cannot deliver in 2 wheeler and cant take a autorickshaw.but the same product is delivered in 2 wheeler by ekart.

Good team work and very responsible to customer

I ordered product from amazon. They deliver product through Ecom express mannarkkad.Item not delivered for past 8 days all days got message item out for delivery and evening got a message delay delivery on customer request but they not contact me. Today they message that your product is delivered but I did not receive my product. If you not able to deliver stop your courier service.I advice to never use Ecom express for courier services use other courier services.Too bad service 😠😠

Bunch of arrogant people.... Very rude behaviour. Unwilling to deliver the product. They want customer to collect product from their office. If they are nt competant enough they should shut the office and sit at home....Atleast try to wear mask.. .

Horrible service

Very bad service. Avoid them if you can. I had ordered from amazon and the item reached them but they made no attempts to deliver it. They lied that delivery was attempted but customer was not available when they hadnt made any call and made no attempts to deliver it to our home. I had to go searching in every nook and corner of Mannarkkad to find this place. There were around 5-8 arrogant fellows chilling in their office. Whdn enquired as to why they didnt deliver the item they said if you want you should come and get it or else well send it back (venengil vannu vangikanam illengil thirich ayakumennu). I am definitely complaining in Amazon. For anyone who is reading AVOID THEM THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS.
