Nice initiative in my hometown. Rumal Rotti shawarma is only available in Perinthalmanna and Palakkad nearby. My suggestion is to thin the Rotti to get the flavour of the meat. Well cooked Turkish type less masala Juicy meat. when it comes nicely cut each of the pieces. They are claiming that it is homemade Rotti.
