My name is dr sherjee mathews mattamana and this morning I went to the idea shop at Mannarkkad at 02-06-2020 morning 11am and there was a madam called Rajitha at the time and I had to talk to them. When I told them I wanted to sim port and they cunfused me more then I said I want post paid to prepaid. They said to me without any kind of provocation from me. I got out of there because it was difficult for me to agree to the questions being asked and you have to talk. I am having a mental hardship from this and my port date is a financial loss. Dr. Sherjee Mathews Mattamana says that because your employees have treated your customers badly, they should reply to me with an inquiry or I will take all the financial and psychological difficulties I have before taking legal action.

Worst service. Bad interaction with customers. Iam the victim of there unfavorable reply.
