Im told this is one of the best places to buy sweets and savory in Mannargudi. Not sure about that. However its surely above average, with a taste that reminds you of homemade stuff. Hence, its harmless to the stomach, but also lacking the jazz that purely commercial brands have. Small place, quite crowded, in a heavily congested locality. Moderate prices.

Land mark sweets stall in the town. The items are always fresh. The signature item is dates halwa which I never miss to grab. The Ashoka halwas is also delicious. They have been running business for many years ,but they never compromised on the quality. Do not miss the yummy food ,If you are in the town.
