Bought washing machine model IWM72SA from Impex in 2018. Within 2 years its rising motor was not working and got replaced by them in nov 2020.In another 2 months (Jan 2021) its washing tub also stopped working. Even 12 days after complaining(complaint no: 012117442) it is not fixed till now. After repeated followups they give excuses like technician on leave etc..hope they will fix it in few days. Even if they fix it and change the parts free in warranty period, Rs.700+ is charged towards service for every visit, what a waste Seems sub standard Chinese product sold with own label and poor service. Be cautious while buying this brand.

Useless fellows. bought a tv incidentally. bad service and its local product. nobody is responsible. I am going to put up case against Impex technologies in high court. they offer 3 year warranty. but it works 5 months. now more than one month I m waiting to get panel. we will see in court. definitely
