Love this bismi. Staffs are very professional and polite and always ready to help. Quality products all around. Well kept aisles.The only downside maybe is the parking in the mall and the rush that comes with it. Would even like it more if they could open an outlet Independently in Manjeri . Would definitely be a success here.

Cheeting!!! Charged me with 1.168kg but the correct weight is only 0.863kg..My friend also bought some garlic. The first barcode it attached was 500g but then we asked to recheck and they gave the correct weight of only 200g!!

Initially it was good...but no growth after its opening....no good offers.... while comparing to others...

Firstly, You had to pay RS. 20 as parking fee.You wont get it refunded even if you shop for 2000!!Had to pay Rs. 14 for carry bag!!!No real discounts, just cheating customers ( Eg : for a 500 ml ghee which will cost Rs 300 in normal market they put a price tag of 350 and provide Rs 51as discount , Same in the case of Atta flour and most Bismi branded products )Also they didnt provide the free 500 gm sugar pack which is available with the AVT 500 gm tea pack...when I called them to ask about it, they said they forget about it!!Irresponsible staffs.

Been to Bismi Ernakulam and Perinthalmanna many times and was satisfying. But the Manjeri store is very disappointed.You will find best vegetables there from morning to evening in huge qty as no one buys from there as there rates are 30 to 50% more than near by markets. Also for provision they are 10 to 20% higher than any other super market in Manjeri. It wont be long they will shut shop here or bring down the pricing to competitive level.
