Weegee is a wonderful exhibition center! The Emma museums has very astonishing exhibitions! It makes you think or rethink some stuff. Some of them are also really entertaining. Nicely organized museum. I visited it when it was exhibition of Michael Jackson and that was fun!

Five stars isn’t enough for this place. The exhibits were downright thrilling and the staff were a delight too. The Futuro alone is worth the price of admission. On the last step of the Metro, so easily accessible from downtown Helsinki.

A fantastic collection of contemporary art. The curator designed a wonderful selection, crossing disciplinaries and medias, I was extremely impressed and will most definitely be returning very soon! Also the actual architecture and layout of the museum is rather impressive.

Interesting museum with four different sections (modern art, toy museum, Espoo life, jewelry) and also temporary exhibitions. Also hosts one of the futuro house in the garden, since 1968... free WiFi and good coffee shop.

A great contemporary and modern art museum. I’m really amazed by how big all these museums are. I did not expect that, but it’s a really nice surprise. It’s only really a 15-20 min Uber trip from the city center of Helsinki.Make sure you catch the UFO outside!

EMMA never fails you - but you must be prepaired to to embrace the unknown and new in their visiting exhibitions. To balance the twisting of your brain there is a permanent exhibition of the greatnames of Finnish Design Rut Bryk and Tapio Wirkkala and contemporary Finnish art.

We learned a lot about Finnish culture, design and arts.

Old industrial building turned into a museum was opened in 2006. It was a pleasant visit and great modern art on show, with a small interaction toy section for children.

Four museums in just one place! Theres a lot to see in here, its amazing! Theres also a cafe in it. Every Friday after 17h the entrance is free. It was a nice experience to know better about Espoo city history too. The staff are really helpful and prepared.

Amazing space for an art museum and a really great collection of work. It is a bit of a hike from Helsinki, but easily accessible from the metro station nearby.

One of the best modern art museums I ever visited. Not crowded, spacious. Impressive collection of Finnish artists as well as international. Has visible storage room, and collection of Finnish glassware and textiles. Will definitely visit again and recommend to all friends. Easily reachable by metro from Helsinki. Also amazing value for money: you are allowed to visit 4 museums with just 1 ticket!

This is the best modern art museum I have ever been to (not like I have visited so many). But I really like the exhibition here and theres surprise every time we go there. This time it was the 3D sound experience, it is so unexpected and cool.

This is one of the best museums in the entire Helsinki metro area. Highly recommend. The art museum upstairs is exquisite. The “bonus” museums on the first floor are nice, but not necessarily worth a visit in their own right (toy museum, clock museum). Perhaps with the exception of the Espoo history museum which I found quite captivating. EMMA is now more accessible than ever, thanks to the Länsi (West) metro! Accepts museum card.

The building is an old industrial bookprint, interesting to see in itself. While visiting, its worth taking a look at the other museums as well. The exhibitions have good audio and visual content to explore.

Maybe my favorite museum in the Helsinki area. I could hardly tear myself away from the wave machine, or the video of a sculptress bathing. I loved being able to go in the 1968 Futuro pod, I wanted more time in the clock museum, and the history of the Espoo area exhibit was engaging. I didnt have enough time in the open storage area, and, I really want to find some children to bring back to the kids area, it seemed like a family could make a day of it there. I think I will make time for a second visit before we leave Helsinki.And, go at lunch time the nicoise salad with salmon was outrageous.

One of the best museums in Espoo.

Called Weegee this museum has an extensive display. It includes viewable restoration area and has a beautiful display of glass and ceramics design. Some of the exhibits have interactive viewing. Beautiful building as well.

Emma (and WeeGee, which is included in the same ticket) is basically a mixture of a few museums and changing exibitions of art. As combined it is a large collection of stuff that might be interesting to a very large group of people.When I visited Emma, the biggest changing exibition was about Michael Jackson. To me that was a waste of time. If the theme of that changing expo is interesting, whole Emma+Weegee is absolutely worth visting. Seeing the whole thing takes a couple of hours.

Horrible curating of art shows: absolutely no strategy, no context and no dialog in between the works within the sections. Very week work that is not standing for the price. However kids shows are usually nice.

The concrete bunker-like building just doesnt appeal very artistic to me. As a facility with educational organisations along the museum activity the complex is otherwise worth five stars.

Great and huge art gallery including many types of art works, I enjoyed my visit to there, I recommend you to visit with family or friends so you can enjoy disturbing the works to each other.

This place is the worst place to go for anything unless your really into just art. Its extremely boring, there is NOTHING to do there and almost all the painting are just scribbled pictures. I highly do not recommend you go there if your a tourists
