Thomson bakers are a established brand in the pathanamthitta region with a chain of outlets spanning across the pathanamthitta district. They are known for their home made foods and snacks. Their chakka vazhatiyathae is must try. As well their aval. Their snacks are also of good quality and do have variety of options to try out. A good place to get your bakery needs.

#ThomsonBakery kerala manjadyThere intention is to make money by cheating peopleI had bought a few eatables to take to Pune from Thomson Bakery Manjady - as it was eatables I decided to carry in hand baggage on my flight back to Pune. At security check-in i was caught and asked to open my bag which was full of eatables, though the scan machine was showing some metal item - they couldnt figure out where it is, on which i was questioned and i was clueless whats happening - almost 40 min they tried to figure out where is this metal- at last they decided to scan each item - they suspected the peanut packet - again they looked at me with suspicion and questioned what i have kept in it. Then they asked me to open the sealed packet - on opening we found a metal part which will be around 50gms.My flight was at 6pm, and I was held at security check-in till 5.45pm on which the paging call had started for me.Though they released me after much interrogation - I went through the following:1) The airport security suspected and checked me as if I am a Criminal.2) I was asked to take all items out of my bag to get it checked at the airport and because of covid I had to sanitize all items and keep it back.3) All the people at the airport started noticing and staring at me.4) The humiliation and frustration I went through at the airport.5) The embarrassment I went through without my fault.6) At the last moment I needed to rush to board my flight.7) I was the last to board the flight - co- passengers started staring and discussing as if i did something wrong.8) I am still not able to overcome the mental trauma that I had to go through.If they were not able to trace the metal I would have been in a bigger trouble and affected my career as well.Once the airport staff realized I was innocent - I was released and the airport security also asked me to place a complaint against Thomson Bakery.This all happened because of the carelessness on your part or not sure whether this was done on purpose by any of your team to increase the weight of the product.#thomsonbaker#jaganthomas#fssaiindia#FSSAIFOODLICENSEThese people requested me not to complaint and offered 5000 Rs. Pathetic place and corrupted owners. Please please please DO NOT buy anything from here. One of my friends found a metal piece in one of the sealed packets of peanut. She was caught at the airport security because of this metal piece and mentally tortured for breaking protocol at airport. The metal piece was found in the sealed packets bought from Thomson bakers. They do this add additional weight to the packets. How pathetic and cheap business trick!!! Please do not encourage businesses for such frauds.

In one word: 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐀𝐏𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆. Staff of Thomson Bakers, Manjadi, were unresponsive and seemed disinterested in serving. Maybe its the Ｃｏｖｉｄ-１９ effect??I cannot comment on the quality of the bakery items I bought, as it for the people of the house I was visiting, not personal consumption.At one time products of Thomson was above par. They also have catering outdoor.At least at their restaurant near Tiruvalla private bus stand, I felt that there was a clear drop in culinary standards. And, I must mention that this may not be true across the board. (My visit was around 2 years ago.) Maybe its just that with a wider menu, its difficult to get the right chefs/cooks.Thomson Bakers, Manjadi on the Tiruvalla-Kozencherry road has parking for 6-8 cars. When I last visited, Thomsons restaurant, Tiruvalla, near private bus stand, had parking for just 4-5 cars. (Im NOT a regular Tiruvalla resident. I just visit about twice annually.)

Place need to be clean, although AC there were flys inside. The staff uniform was not clean.

Ok bakery with a similar selections as other local bakeries. We tried the puffs and it was pretty disappointing. The flavor is not really there. The meat puffs had very little meat and mostly onions. The egg puffs are super bland and boring. I was expecting more from the Thompson brand. Hopefully they change their recipes and hold on to their long build reputation before they go under.

Thomson bakers are a well established bakery group. They got wide variety of baked products, their cakes are good. Variety of puffs, meat rolls, sanwiches, sweet breads, sweets like pastries, cookies, laddu, and more are available. Im sure that, We can get our desired bakery items from thomson. Since it got huge customers, its better to be there between 12pm and 4pm, orelse you have to be get satisfied with the left overs.
