Really horrible customer service. They say theyll call you back but never do. You have to keep pestering them for things.My first time there I went to get my laptop keyboard fixed. They replaced it and charged 2k which is okay but they didnt put the same type of keyboard, my laptops original keyboard had a light up function. When they replaced the keyboard they didnt put on with that capability. They didnt even say that they would do that.My second experience, I went to sell my old laptop, they took forever to send me the money. Constantly promising to send it the next day, I eventually got my money weeks later that too not the correct amount. They are disorganized too.

PLEASE BE CAUTIOUSMultiple colleagues of mine have had horrible experiences and victims of blatant cheating.They sold us a fake used chargers at the price of a new, original chargers.They stole our Original Windows Key (worth at least 5k at the time) and installed a pirated OS.They disconnected mouse touch pad when we gave a laptop for a keyboard related issue and then asked money to fix it.Very unethical business; and now it looks like they are adding fake reviews to boost their ratings on google.

EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE.Gave 2 laptops for repair. The shop kept laptop for 4 working days, everytime I calledthey told it will be done in 2hrs. Finally they returned the unrepaired laptop today, charged Rs. 100 from my friend for opening and seeing the laptop. Finally, when I called them now, they told to come and put POSTER OF CHEATING infornt of their shop. 👏👏👏👏
