MM towers are one of the most spacious apartments in Manipal and arent very expensive too, just 16000/- p.m. for a 2 BHK (decent compared to other places in Manipal). The power backup is good but there is no provision of a shed over the parking area or underground parking so you can expect your vehicle to get wet a lot. The manager is chill and living here is more or less okay in my opinion.P.S. The photos are of the view from the apartment where I lived.
