Good option if want a shared student accomodation....price is competitive with other Appartments, however loyal offers great, excellent service and very good management...well maintained, this is the perfect place to stay in manipal, I highly recommend you guys, most trusted service Appartment....I am back here for my second stay....I totally love this service providers.

This is the worst place to get an apartment from in manipal. if you are looking to get an apartment in Mandhavi then its better to approach TTS, these people dont pick up calls when you need them. i had to go to their office every month due to one issue or another. they charged me for cleaning the house but the house was full of pigeon feathers and dust when i came. my AC was leaking when i came and i was calling them for a month to send someone to fix it but no one came, in the end i had to pay for it myself and get it fixed from outside. after all that i still didnt get my deposit back.

I used Manipal building services to rent an apartment in Mandhavi emerald and they would never respond to my calls or texts when there was something wrong. in the end, while paying back my deposit they put in so many charges that i didnt even get half my deposit back. they said there was a problem with a fan and charged me for a NEW fan instead of the fixing cost. this is greed and unprofessionalism at its worst. necer go there.

These guys are the worst trust me they gave us a flat which was not at all cleaned up ,there were lizards in the house and pigeon feathers everywhere.This is the kind of condition they gave us the house in.After that they also are very unresponsive and rude and never adjust even 1% .we had to even get our lights placed on our own from our own money do everything thing by ourself this is the worst service provider I can guarantee you guys about it.They talk so rudely and never adjust.They look more like goona rather than service providers.Its a money making association that is 100% untrustworthy and can go to any limits to make profits.we had to even get the house painted and do a lot of stuff on our own even after that their behaviour never changed or never did they adjust 1%.I am seeing many 1* reviews and others are 5* so I can guarantee you guys the 1* reviews are from genuine people and 5* review are from its management itself.
