These guys doesnt respond to customer in well manner. I think as they are well versed with customers they just ignore people who purchase economic cost helmets. Moreover the items sold here are above printed MRP.They judge the customers based on their choice eg: i asked for helmet at around 1-1.5k and then gradually sales guys started ignoring.Went to the other store nearby and got a good service though.

Plenty of helmets are there. But a little bit conjested and there is only one person who know to communicate with the customer. Best place to buy a helmets. Branded and new models are there. I bought a SBA-2 helmet and the quality is quite good.

Have bought 4 helmets from this place till date. Service was pretty good each time. Only issue is the store is extremely congested and its hard to move from your place if there are other customers in the shop.

Typical No damn given attitude by the staff. Experience the old Govt office kind of attitude here, Worse is even the public service people behave much better than the people in here. The staffs make weird faces and tell openly not to try riding gears. Have to opt for the ones which they choose. Even a typical clothes store will show n numbers of clothes which costs less than 1k but this store hessitates to show you other options when the gear alone costs more than 7k. If anyone can cope up with this attitude can surely visit this place as there are lots of options available and others can definitely try so many other Helmet/Gear shops opened in the city.

Lady staffs over there are very patient less people...But they have good collection of helmets....

They have nice collections of Helmets and Jackets along with some riding accessories.. But High end jackets readily not available and only one or two pieces they will be having. Secondly it is too hot inside the showroom as ventilation is a biggest issue. But friendly staff and u get a good guidance. I purchased Aspida Nemasis Jacket.

The helmets are mostly European certification, which are ( much ) better than ISI ones.One more thing is that the owners do have a range of items and do not shy away from showing you all of them.Minus point - I think they are very understaffed.

Im giving it 4 stars for the options it has, but taking away one star for the attitude of the people selling the items. You would expect a bit more energy and enthusiasm from them but they would seem like enjoying the kind of monopoly they have in Mangalore. But all this is, up to a certain extent, meaningless, as they have good collection of helmets and raincoats, and thats what you need.
