Worst. I have visited 3 BATA showrooms in Mangalore and their collection is bad, very bad. Then I visited Bata near City Center which is below Karuna Residency. Collection was good. But people attending are bad, very bad. I visited with my family and wanted to buy for my kid, mom and myself. None of the staff were available to show us around or answer any questions. There was one staff attending to us but after we selected on pair for my kid he just left without telling anything and we were searching for him. There were 4- customers and 5 staff plus the store manager (who was just sitting behind the cash counter). When I asked the store manager he was not cooperative and said SIR THERE ARE OTHER CUSTOMERS YOU ARE NOT ONLY ONE SO WE HAVE TO ATTEND OTHERS. I was surprises with his reply and though they had 5 staff plus himself. I said ok if you are busy then I will not buy even the one I have selected, he did not reply and just turned his face and continued working with his mobile. It was so rude and bad experience.I strongly recommend everyone not to go to Bata to get insulted ...after this I went to WalkWay in Forum Mall and they were very good. I got 7 pairs from there.Bata might be is good for products or WAS GOOD. Not it is really worst. Hopeless.

Had an extremely poor customer experience in this showroom today (10/11/2019). Not a single sales executive cared to ask what I was looking for. Despite this, I myself asked the executive to show me a shoe of my size. But, without even second thought, he denied saying the size wasnt available and just walked away!! I tried asking him multiple times for different shoes, and I got the same kind of answers with a disgusting attitude!This kind of unruly behavior with customers is definitely not acceptable. Did not accept this from Bata!!!Will be dropping an email to Bata customer care regarding this...
