Bought an apartment in Ashoka Paradise. Cheap quality substandard materials used. Finishing is very poor. Walls are not strong, the is structural weakness, there are large horizontal cracks within 3-4 years. Even during first year when we installed air-conditioning unit, the technicians tried to drill a hole to pass the pipeline to the outer unit, a huge chunk of the wall fell down. Such poor construction. Feel completely cheated after taking huge loan and paying these cheats.
