Main and probably only advantage of this lodge is its right infront of the NITTE hospital and extra person with the patients can stay here. Its a normal lodging. Rooms are clean. Staffs are friendly. Rooms are bit costly, as its in the prime location. Single room with AC costs ₹1500, without AC ₹1000. There was a TV, but no channels available. There was no hot water in the morning.

Place is comfortable and in derlelkatte very convenient but comparatively there room tharifs are costly. They dont change daily bedsheets if ur staying more den a day. They have constant electricity problem..so lights keep going on and off. They have simple breakfast-idli vada.

Receptionist lady was behaving rudely..We had booked a room in this hotel via agoda for 1200 for one night but the hotel people cancelled the room just 1 hour before our check-in,hence we had to pay 2000 for the same room.On the day of check out,as we got food poisoning and needed rest,we asked them about the extra charges of checking out at 3pm for which they mentioned as half extra rent.But at the time of check out ,they were demanding the full amount which was unacceptable for us because our checkin was at night 10 pm and check out was at 4 pm next day and they were demanding 4000rs for a room in which we did not even spend 24 hours.When we asked about the cancellation done from hotel side for 1200 rs also they did not had any answers.In the end after a little fight they gave us 500 rs back after charging 4000 rs.

The hotel is excellent and the management staff is very polite and humble! Really enjoyed the stay here as we had visited for the first time to Mangalore. This is one of the best lodge, you have access to food and you can order the food. Rooms were clean and sanitised.

Decent place to stay overnight. Just in front of the medical college. No in-house restaurant but there is one on ground floor shopping complex. There is a medical store too.

Price is ok. Complimentary Bisleri water bottles available. I recommend families to stay here as it is close to the beach as well and border to Kerala

It was a great stay at this hotel ... I liked the atmosphere there and the staff were extremely helpful . The room tarrif was also quite affordable I would like my next visit also to stay at this hotel . And a 👍to the great staff.

This was my first stay in manglore and was one of the most comfortable ,the staff is extremely well behaved ,professional and ready to assist .They did provide a safe environment, clean rooms ,wifi ,bottled water (international customers and long distance customers might not be able to handle the local water due to the sudden change ),hot water showers and breakfast.Although I didnt order breakfast because I had to check out early due to train timingsThe route there is well managed by buses from manglore central .The staff even told me they will call a driver if I didnt get a bus ,but I did get one early in the morning about 6 :30amThe hotel is perfect for couples family and touristsBut would not suit a business stay . As there is no workspaceThe charging ports werent international eitherOverall I very much enjoyed my stay and would gladly return if I have to .RECOMMENDEDhope this helps !

A nice and clean budget friendly hotel located in deralakatte, the rooms are clean, staff very friendly and also decent parking space. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and if you are into pizzas you can walk about 500mts and you will reach Dominos Pizza (newly opened 2020). The bus stop is also right outside the hotel.

Good budget hotel for a one night stay. Good interiors and exteriors..more than worth rs 1000 per night/day. One star less because of untastu breakfast. You have either malabar or taj, none of it have special mangalore cuisine. They dont even know to prepare proper tea, not rs 20 worth tea. Better to have 10 rs tea just outside the building. None of them speak kannada, felt like I m staying in KERALA not in karnataka. But the comfort inn staff was good and helpful all the time. They speak kannada. Esp Karthik, security Umar Ahmad all are good. Just request to have an in house restaurant. If at all you wanna have dinner or lunch Hotel Ranjith in the building besides is far better and prepares Mangalorean cuisine.

I stayed for 2 days. And it was Comfortable and nice. Rooms and restrooms are clean. Shops all around. So pharmacy,snacks,restaurants,pizza place n ice creams available right from ground floor to next building. Staff are courteous and kind. It’s in a shopping complex which was a different experience but it’s really nice.

Room was excellent, compact but had all amenities. Had a comfortable stay but next day breakfast want up to the mark. The breakfast is limited to 2 dishes but want told that at the time of check-in. Neither was a menu card presented for me to choose from. Food want great too. Otherwise a pleasant day as long as you choose food options from elsewhere.

Good and clean rooms. Reasonably priced. It doesnt have its own restaurant service, but there is a restaurant in the ground floor of the building. But when we were staying, the room service never made the beds or provided new towels and toiletries. We had to specially ask for it, usually room service includes all of these things. Its also conveniently located, easy to get rickshaws and bus.

This hotel was very neat and clean. People in the hotel are very cooperative. Rooms were very small and there was not tv remote also which as kept in the room + towel. We had to ask for it. There is no telephone in the room, if you need any support or things you have to go to the reception and ask or oder there. If these small things are take care then this can definitely help the hotel. The hotel can be located easily from few meters.

Good rooms... with all the noise of the main road..which is manageable .. no restaurant of their own... for breakfast made to feel like you having free food... just lost the whole feeling of a holiday with family.... Was told we could order one item... on insisting that we would want to order for additional charge... the manager was acting cranky.... Not sure if this management is aware how to run the hotel... looks like they are not very keen of Customer service...would not recommend this place for a stay... does not make you feel comfortable

Neat and tidy rooms. Budget friendly. May seem unappealing when viewed from outside but has great rooms with all amenities. The reception and staffs were all friendly and cooperative. Parking facility is available. A Malayalee restaurant is situated right under the hotel and serves great food! Loved the stay there. Would recommend it.

First of all I didnt like it. No options I need to accommodate. Not clean and bathroom smells. Dirty Cot and bedsheets. Nothing worked for me. Because of my treatment I had to stay in that cattle. Worst experience. Even staffs were rude. Only benefit is next to hospital so you dont need to catch bus and reach hospital.

Rooms are good, reception is warm. The only problem is some of the rooms smell of dampness. Try to take rooms towards the main road, they do not have have that smell.Food in room service is not great, better go out for lunch or dinner.

I stayed here before it was comforts Inn. Its first name was Taj later it was refurbished and renamed.The service is great but little bit costly.

Well I initially booked the hotel online, but then when I reached there, I got to know that the booking was cancelled.. somehow managed to get a room at higher price. The rooms are ok but a bit expensive for the money that I paid for it.. the bathroom stinks a bit.. the breakfast place is unhygienic.. can improve it a bit..

I have stayed in many treebo hotels across India, but this treebo hotel was very dissapointing because they dont have there in-house restaurant for complimentary breakfast. We were told to collect coupon and go down to a hotel for complimentary breakfast which was so pathetic and the breakfast really made us sick and we had to leave the hotel in just few hours of our check in time.unhygienic. Next time I will never stay in this hotel. Treebo staff is well mannered .
