The sad part is always there will be queue and we have to wait a long time to get a seat , at the same time the customer service is not up to the mark. Parking facilities should be improved. Ideal icecream has been the best icecream in Mangaluru. It has got four famous parlours in Mangaluru. One of the parlours near Wenlock Hospital has got both A/c and non A/c floors. The non A/c ground floor is self service section. Space available here is limited.The A/c first floor has good ambience with ample space. In addition to icecreams sandwiches, short eats, milkshakes, cold sandwiches, juices are also available.i shake, i pizza, marzi paan are special attractions.Service is quick. But staffs are not that customer friendly.

Two stars is just for the taste. Very bad service. Made me wait for 45mins and still couldnt serve one dish. Just because you serve good eats and ice cream..it doesnt mean you make people wait for it... So disappointed

One of best ice-cream ever had. Even their milkshake tastes incredible.Vanila was the best. The outlet was clean and well maintained. 5 stars is only for the tasty ice-cream.
