The manager Ashraf Ali and the staff are very cooperative. We booked believing we would be able to stay and have food from the restaurant there but the restaurant is closed since COVID lockdown. Hope they are able to reopen it soon. The manager understands and speaks Malayalam too. Parking is presently not an issue, as the restaurant is not open. The hotels location enables easy access to the highway as well as to the city centre.

Well this is place is nearby to pump well circle. Its got both veg and non veg and different sections are there in hotel. Family section is on topWe ordered paneer tikka and naan. The taste was really good , paneer was soft with creamy gravy. Naan was also well prepared. But youll be full with one naan only, I l dont know abt others appetite but I was really fullOne speciality of this hotel was they served Tender coconut milkshake which was really awesome. The taste of tender coconut was really yum.Rating for this milkshake is 5/5. Must try

Good location in the main city, excellent accommodation very neat & clean property. Staff conduct was worthy and lunch which I had was tasty. Parking space was bit congested. All in all satisfied with the hospitality.

Good hotel to stay a day or two. Located just near pumpwell circle and easily accessible from railway station. Nearby Dr.Millers hospital and easily reachable from major hospitals like KMC,INDIANA AJ HOSPITAL etc. Good food and friendly staff.

The stay was comfortable and courteous staff. the room had modern amenities with clean washrooms. the location of hotel is very good in a prominent place with good accessibility.

Rooms are very nice. worth to stay here, reasonable price, morning breakfast is good but dont make combo orders. The prices are less for combos but taste is not good.

Its a nice decent hotel in town. It has clean toilets. Though the room size is small, it makes up for its location from where you can get conveyance to go anywhere in Mangalore and its outskirts. The hotel also has a restaurant which serves decent food (both veg and nonveg).

Place is right by the highway near Pumpwel circle. Its famous for Kerala type cuisines. Mostly a non vegetarian restaurant. Not much in the Vegetarian also this place great hot Lemon tea. The staffs are friendly pretty okay ambiance and has just limited parking space. Rest can be done by the road side. Havent tried much things here as it has limited vegetarian food.

Today we ordered (take away) 2 varieties of chicken gravy. Both were pathetic. My sincere advice is never risk ordering or eating from Malabar Regency, Mangalore, especially if you are a non-veg food lover.First order, the chicken was totally uncooked, we complained and then another chicken gravy was sent. Semi cooked chicken, fully bland (no salt, no spice)

The hot plates that they serve food in makes you think good of their cleanliness level.The food was good. But a bit less in quality for me. But the taste and quality was good enough. And suitable for family

You get Tasty briyanis . Go for fish Briyani .. its very nice.. you also get fish thali .. whole fried fish is served with rice and curry !! Parking is limited , can park the car just in front of the hotel and staff take care of the parking as well .. recommend go for this place !!

We stopped for an evening tea during our travel. We were asked to sit at the restaurant (tables & chairs) in the ground level. Didnt see anything as shown in the Google pic. There was nothing to eat except Kerala Paratta & Chicken!! We settled for a cup of tea which was served in untidy ordinary glasses! Toilet was a disaster for ladies as there was no seat cover! The feel from outside and the reality inside is a huge disappointment..

Dont be fooled by the name nothing about Kerala taste. Its a messed up taste of all regions. If you remember past taste then dont spoil it by revisiting

We had vegetarian food there. It was tasty and worth the price. Will try non veg one day.

My first visit. Really bad experience. A conjusted parking lot. Staff were bad. Before opening the menu staff were asking for our order. We asked for a few minutes and then no one was coming to take our order. We had to call manager and order. They served Soup, starters and main course together. Food got cold by the time we finished soup. No one served us the food. Food was not bad. 2 stars for food. Wont visit again.

This is franchise of the kairali restaurant near to the mangalore central raikwY station, but the quality is nowhere compatible. Inflated price and interior quality. Avoidable ot head to the kairali near to the railway station. I ordered a fish fry and that was very bad.

We liked food here.. its so tasty for Andhra people and medium cost.

They provided me egg masala when i told them egg curry which was Rs.40. Also service was late and even there were few customers there were less employees to serve.
