Prompt, fantastic and great service.Also, they do oil changes for two and four wheelers.They have a small market for retails snacks and good and also a coffee shop. Absolutely a delight.

I make it a point to top up whenever Im around this petrol pump as the quality of petrol and services both being awesome.They also sell basic accesories for car and they are quite passionate about selling same .Also all the time I have been to this petrol pump noticed very polite and got good service. 👍.

They have a consistent and good service when it comes to fuel filling. The staff is very nice and they provide a lot of other facilities as and when you’re filling your tank, like say car-side shopping, window cleaning etc.The fuel station also has an eatery and coffee shop which is good, and also a mini-mart which has almost everything you need for your car and for a long drive some where far or even things you need for your home!

In general nicer than the normal petrol pump in India. Had their capuccino. Tasted great!! It took them a while to get the machine running though. Also no safety cap for small sized coffee which is a minus. Staff is friendly and now a days they dont ask us to sign up for shell card... Giving your mobile number for a tank of petrol will be the last thing you wan to do. Fill it, shut it, and move on, right?

Good quality petrol available here. Friendly staff. You get reward points once you fuel up , u can use it for shopping there.I request the shell management to increase the staff, since there are lot of vehicles coming to fuel up, its very difficult for the present staff to manage so many vehicles at a time.

I will never visit hea again.On 15th nigh i needed petrol so i went hea in my bike there was a person named AKSHAY, i stoped my bike nea him nd tld to put fuel he tld me to turn bike which was not nessery, i tld him it was emergency coz i had to go to hospital, he tld no u have to turn bike, i respected nd turned den i opend my fuel tank of my bike nd tld him to put 300 fuel, he tld my verry rudely to get down from bikeI asked him y i shuld get down he tld no itz rules!!!What kinda rules is this?? Im in hurry nd this person named akshay wasted 10 min nd no respect at all i wish i could give 0 star for his service

Every time I’ve been there to fill-up petrol, they say their tyre air system isn’t working and then it become awkward to go to another petrol bunk just for that.

Good place. We usually fill our car with petrol here. The staff are really friendly. Not a very crowded place, can accommodate many cars.

Petrol quality is very nice....We get nice milege of we put shell power fuel...Staff are police, they welcome / greet us before filling fuel...Id a nice experience here...We can pay via Paytm....Card is accepted......Overall a best fuel station

Although place has good customer service but the fuel is more expensive than elsewhere. This only adds to the already burdened people with a fuel hike sky rocketing. The locations is convenient. And attendants are very prompt.

Finally the most awaited fuel station is here in mangalore . quality & performance fuel for mean machines , their service is good , well maintained , also shell select mart offers wide range of food snacks beverages , also some vehicle care products from shell & 3m .oil change is yet to setup. engine oils from shell are the best for all range of vehicles.

Service is top notch, really friendly and place is well maintained .Then about the fuel no question at all its the best in town. I always recommend shell and mrpl gas station cause there are the best in quality.

Can get good premium petrol and free windshield wipe. Can also check fluid levels for free. But didnt have a water tap available to fill wiper washer.

An absolute disaster. We should get down from the bike while putting petrol. Like seriously? What kind of rules is this and please stop spilling Petrol drops on bike tank....

The pump is as good as any if not better than many in Mangalore. I havê had great experiênce at shell stations in Bangalore. I was shell shocked with my experience with the attendant here. He was just too arogant and did not clean my front glass properly even after i made it clear that i will leave a feedback. Not sure if that is the general behaviour but hope this is a one off incident

I love visiting shell in Bangalore and when shell opened in Mangalore I was super excited.. I ordered the podi-idle which I love but it was just a disaster.. The first time I ordered it took literally an hour to get the order while they told me it will take 20min and I thought it was alright as it was a newly opened store and the staff were new but after a month I ordered again but this time I told them at 7:15 am to keep the order ready at 8:15 Ill come and collect it as Ill be in a hurry.. Its 8:35now and its still now ready.. Cant even describe the level of disappointment... More like deli2wait.. Definitely not ordering from here again.. But the shell petrol pump in Blore are really classy IDK about other shells outlets in Mlore but wouldnt order from here again

The only shell petrol pump in mangalore. I have my preference of choosing shell petrol pump if available over any other outlet. Google map show two shell in mangalore and one was closed(looked abandoned). This was open at 6 am in the morning.
