One of the oldest and famous hotel.in the heart of mangalore. They are currently renovating. However there are many delicacies it is famous for and must eat like biscoot rotti, podi, goli baje, masala dosa and sweets like malpuri, jalebi, Kadi and savouries.

The quality of the sweets are really good and tasty.... but the only thing is that the owner and some staff are over head weighted four star only for the taste

If you need authentic halwa this is the place to visit...take banana halwa its the speciality n just warm it in microwave for few seconds before eating...aahhaa yummm. Also you get good sandige fryums here do try it..garlic one... Totally sneh recommended

If you want only quality then its okey but if you want good service and the economical rates this is not the place to visit,there are many other sweets shops are there nearby for quality,price and service.when you interact with the salesman be careful or else they may hit you,they feel customers are just scavengers and treat us like a butcher who handling the slaughtering animal. I literally ran away from the place ..you will never experience such a horrible situation in Mangalore.so be careful whenever visit this place... restaurants service is fine though bit slow.

I have canceled my order because of unhygienic practices of staff. Staff handling sweets without Wearing gloves and when enquirer the cashier told this is their way. Ceiling Dust cleaning was going on keeping the eatables open. Take mahal sweets name gone to the dust bin. I dont want to visit this shop again.
