One of the Biggest Electrical Showrooms in Mangalore. Been visiting this place from past 6 years. The price maybe a but higher compared to other stores or Online but from he service point of view they are the best.When a LED bulb spoils withing warranty period they replace it no questions asked.They have a wide variety of products ranging from Indoor Lighting to outdoor lighting , chandeliers, fans, geys, ladders etc etc.

Place is overpriced. I was sent to this store to buy a ladder that was supposed to be sold at a big discount. Ended up paying 1200 rs more compared to online price. 🤣🤣🤣 I will never return to this store again.And yes billing is snail speedEdit:6 steps ladder..I paid 5700 Rs for payment was done from phone on 13MarThe same product is priced at 5000 in amazon now, it was even lesser about 4300 last week..The price keeps changing so cant post url in thisIf you want any other detail, I can send.If you refund the difference as you promised, then I will also edit my review to a 5 star

Wide varieties of lights and other electical items showroom.. but am shocked to see the behaviour of sales persons.. sales girls are very rude.. they dont have any knowledge about products.. they are busy in using mobile.. even when we ask something they wont explain anything.. billing process is very slow.. they are all busy in talking themselves.. its better that owner must look into these things..

Electrical point has beautiful collection of lights, chandelier and other cool looking electrical items.

I checked 3 products there after checking it online . The cost was more than double. For one of the flat ceiling light Flipkart was selling for 500 and they were selling for 1400.. gate light same design Amazon/Flipkart it was 1250 and they were selling for 3000.

Lazy and inefficient salespersons. Salespersons are least bothered about customers requirements and do not assisst customers in purchase. Many of them have no idea what they are selling and hence cannot answer most product related queries. Recently they have even reduced keeping quality products, which is disappointing. However the owner is very nice person and ready to help and billing desk is also efficient.

Decent selection but the staff take too long for billing and packing! Lost 30min just for packing 5 items!
