Quality of clothes are good but lack of size and offer was only for few selected clothes. Very few type of designs were there in shirts.

Usually get good collection for western clothing

Worst outlet of Max....Cheat and fraud the customers.... The cashiers and salesmen brag about guarantee cashback and offers. But you dont get anything. Its just a marketing trick. Promising me a 10% cashback on 9k purchase, the guy also told me to visit max if I dont get the cashback. After calling and visiting them, they do not respond and defend their cashiers that they did not communicate. Did not expect such treatment ! Never again !

If you want some affordable handbags just checkout max. Also they have amazing clothes specially indoor western.

Bought few casual tops and night wears. They have good collection for a reasonable price and also gave discount for next shopping as the bill crossed 3000 bucks. Staffs are helpful and proactive.

Irresponsible behaviour from the staffs of Max Fashion at Forum fiza mall. I had ordered from the Max Fashion application and had given for the click and collect. But they had not removed the magnetic security tag from one of the dresses which was very embarassing for me when the security siren rang. Very disappointing and careless behaviour from the staffs.

The staff are friendly and well behaved.. Its located in ground floor of City Center Mall, which is easily accessible from all point of the city..

RATING IS LESS THAN 1 BUT NO. OPTION - 27th Jan 2020 entered city centre MANGALORE max showroom at 9 30 pm after ascertaining the closing time. Was informed closing time was 10pm. In less than 5 minutes announcement was made that in few minutes show room will close. Thensales person informs that closing time. Lights were switched off in ladies trial room and that area where we were standing. WORST EVER SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN LIFE. SUGGEST THE MANAGEMENT NOT TO ALLOW CUSTOMERS IN AFTER 9 OR 9 30PM SO THAT YOUR STAFF CAN CLOSE WITHOUT GETTING INTO ARGUMENT WITH CUSTOMERS. ABOUT 5 TO 6 STAFF JOIN TOGETHER AND WERE ARGUING WITH ME. IN THE SAME MALL 2 OTHER RETAIL OUTLETS POLITELY INFORMED THAT THEY ARE CLOSED. WILL APPRECIATE IF YOU CAN FOLLOW THE SAME. AM IN SERVICE INDUSTRY TOO SO I CAN UNDERSTAND THE SALES PERSON URGENCY TO GO HOME AFTER 10PM.
