I had taken services of WeCare to take care of my father. I found the services of Shanta, the care taker very professional and caring while she was taking care of my father. Previously in case of leave of absence of the assigned nurse, Wecare was quick to provide an alternate arrangement, which helped a lot.I would recommend the services of WeCare to those who need it.

Been using their services for almost 4 months now for grand mother. Their nurses are trained and good but management is not trust worthy. First of all charges are more expensive than others. They will keep rotating nurses almost monthly basis giving personal reasons on behalf of the nurse. Today they gave excuse saying that they will replace the home nurse a third time as her daughter is sick and she wants to go on Saturday. Charged 42 thousand a month for hospital based care and then was asked 35 k per month and then further. Management newer fullfils its promises.

We have hired a care taker from this agency a week a go. She is really unprofessional and too rude with our grandmother. Full time she sleeps and busy over phone. When they brought they told us she is well experienced but she dont even know how to feed patient. And great thing is today morning she run away without informing any one living alone patient at home. Very disappointed with their service.
