Without the use of an alcohol swab, the lab personal took my blood sample. Before I could realize and say something, a dry cotton ball was rubbed on my arm and the sample blood was drawn. After few days ended up with fever, enlarged and tender axillary lymph nodes on the same side. Had to take a course of antibiotics. It is a shame that such negligence is taking place in a reputable institute without anyone held accountable.

When i enquired about my test result i got a strange reply that you have to come there for collecting the result.. As per their logic if am positive then also i have to go there for collection.. If I could give a lower rating I would, heres why1) Doctors are irresponsible.2) COVID Patients are not taken care very well. Family member living with the patient has to take care of everything.3) Doctors make the patient take various different types of medicine(Not according to their age)4) They make people ready for ICU situation.5) Treatment is not done according to patients health. Basically everyone is treated same( All the patients get the same medicine regardless of their health)6) I am telling this because I lost both of my grandparents here. BOTH!Not telling this hospital is absolute worst, but I think they can improve first by teaching how to respect the health of other person and stop thinking of making money.My grandfather being the most active & healthiest person in the house, was admitted here. He wasnt able to move within 5 days of admission.There are better healthcare in Mangalore, than this place :DI hope your loved ones recover faster

Worst customer service provided when I went there for a covid test. I was worried that I will be infected while I was waiting in the line to get tested. There was absolutely no one manding masks or social distancing. I saw a lot of people coughing and sneazing without a mask on..Infact the hospital staff was asking asking people to be close to one another in the queue to make space for more people.Also when I called for test results, the person of the phone who is from the covid-19 enquiry department said they dont send results via phone and asked us to come to the hospital to get the results and within few minutes after talking, I received the result via phone.The staff was very uninformed and does not know the procedure, even during such serious pandemic.

I am extremely unhappy with G ward security staffs behavior(02/20/202).Yesterday night they made my aunt to sit outside and after some time when other ward security staff saw her, she asked reason, then aunt told the same then they made her to go inside.Her daughter was there in ICU and she was all alone in the hospital...first of all she was in depression thinking about her daughters condition and in this situation staff is behaving like this way..very bad experience.

By the DOCTOR NAME IS DR.LATHEESH LEO Hand and microsurgery unit head of the hospital he said me we will take care of it finger correction treatment done then discharged next day the surgery is went terribly wrong and then he was not responsive at hospital and one of the worst doctor and hospital I ever seen in my life dont consultant the idiot doctor for treatment

The hospital is neat and clean and economical too. One has to wait in long queues for most of the services mainly for getting medicines even in emergency. The doctors are much experienced, and friendly. The behaviour of the security needs to be modified as they dont know how to treat people properly. All the health care services are provided, and it has a decent canteen too in one side of the hospital.

A decent hospital with all medical facilities and low cost. With health card, the charges for general ward are very less. There is always more Crowd and big queues for everything. There is good canteen within the hospital premises. The staff at counters and doctor, nurses are very good. Only problem is with security guards. Charges are moderate.
