Worst customer service ever.i hope the owners read the comments. The shop has everything you would need for arts and craft but horrible service. They wouldnt care to listen to your concerns. Moreover, if you call to ask about availability. Youre dealt with rude and unresponsive staff.

Had the worst experience here....I purchased a product and it turned out to be faulty, not in working condition. When I went to exchange the product she denied and behaved rudely.... the staff were not helpful as well...A honest suggestion is please Do Not visit this place

Worst place... Last week i had called up the number given here and asked about ribbon clasp... I was rld to come next week... But the 2 ladies present herr act like total morons laughing in the most vulgar mannerless way and they had no idea what i was talking about inspite of showing them the pics.. Apparently they acted like they came from some village from an unknown underground area of a different planet who seem to have no basic common sense or behaviours.... Please learn some manners and names of thd items that you must possess... It isnt enough if the owner knows ... Make sure your workers are aware too ....Its better to vist Gokul or Mahalakshmmi than this wrecked place...

Very bad experience!! Both the bday balloons and party poppers which we bought were of bad quality!!! The party poppers never bursted (popped) and the balloons bursted while blowing!! The irony!!!! Well I found both the party poppers and the balloons to be of low quality!! Very disappointed 😥
