I love this place!!! The variety of food available is amazing! Usually in supermarkets, they dont have much variety and they always have big packets or big size of products. But in Nilgiris, along with the variety, the size of products is small. For eg: other supermarkets : 45/- or so packets, Nilgiris: 10/- packets, and multiple flavours (just an example). In here, u get things which u cant find in other supermarkets.

Quality of food going down these days. We purchased some beaten rice for our festival and it was stinking. Spoiled the whole festive mood. Also we have given back rice many times in the past with one or the other issue. Staff at the counter does not want to help and they were in their own world. Lot of products available inside this shop which is a plus point.

The Nilgiris outlet at Empire mall, MG road is an excellent place to do your purchase of groceries and house hold items. Most importantly, the rarer items that you need for specific food preparation, you will find here. Although slightly on the costlier side when compared to others such as Spar or Big Bazaar, and falling short of being a super market, I strongly recommend this place for specialized items which you might not find in other bigger supermarkets.

It is such a worthy mart....we get there everything which other supermarkets do not give.

This supermarket is one of the best in mangalore. Mostly, all regular items are avaliable here. Also, baking supplies are avaliable and the prices are very affordable. The staff is helpful at all times. Parking space is limited, but never had any problems with parking as of yet.

The place isnt lighted up and its kinda shady inside not too bright. But the staff are kind and generous and the products available at this store are vast.
