These guys are your topical computer repair guys. They change a few parts and say things are solved. In reality they have not figured out what the problem is

Knowledgeable , cooperating , polite staff. I went in with non functioning desktop computer and needed a resolution the same day. The front office agreed to quickly take a look. The service engineer obliged even though he had some other work at hand. Resolved the issue and let me walk out in half an hour.

Ok for minor PC/ Laptop Service and Accessories. Dont expect a wide range of products, I didnt get a keyboard replacement for my HP 8570P, after 1 week of ordering they got wrong model, didnt even get correct one from any of their suppliers!! Eventually I ordered online and did it myself! Staffs are friendly and supportive..

I would have given 4* if I did not have this personal experience. Generally you get everything there. Till recently there was absolutely no service personnel. You have to take the parts & assemble yourself & they would say curtly that you have to take the unit to the shop if you want it checked for problems. This was a put off.But recently when I bought a wifi adapter for my old comp, somebody came & fitted it. But I started getting virus & soon my fav data started getting erased. Then I had to fix it myself by installing the antivirus once again. But by then the damage was done & some programs were not the same. I called them & they sent another person to format the comp. Still when I had problems he said he did not install a new OS (Windows XP) but only did a patch up for which he took Rs 500 which was an absolute waste. Otherwise they are reasonable in charging.Guys, you can buy anything from here. But if they themselves install they remove the firewall & other securities which can simply eat your data & destabilise your device. So please check your antivirus, firewall etc because these people who deal with hardware like another shop phoenix only know hardware & are weak in software.

Ignorant about customers. Asked one of the person working there to notify me about a computer accessory, its been two months and still didnt contact me regarding it. And the moment I walked in the store, none of the employees seemed interested in providing service, acted like they were lifeless human beings. Was planning to buy many parts regarding future upgrades, since one of my friends recommended it. Yep not my kind of place, have to find a better store. Left a big negative impression on me, hope they improve in future about customer interaction, till then I wouldnt recommend buying from them.
