I had given my Lenovo laptop for repairs, after waiting for 3 weeks I was told that the mother board is defective. All laptop have a protective device to protect the mother board. I had no option but to collect my laptop, I found the original battery and other critical parts removedPlease do not give your expensive laptop to be repaired here since they have no experience and they are cheating their customers

Gave my Laptop for repairs due display problems. The power supply was working and the HDD was spinning up. They kept it for 10 days and returned saying it cannot be repaired. But it was not working at all. Very UNRELIABLE people. Suggest avoid this place.

Worst place to give your laptop.The day I have them my laptop they said it had motherboard issue and without opening my laptop. Told me that it will take 7 days.After 7 days even though I called many times asking that what is the issue and if it is repairable or not, the only thing they say is you laptop has motherboard issue.... Man the same thing they told me 7 days ago and yet they have to opened my laptop.They dont even know that if it is repairable or not.I had an urgent use of my laptop and I told them that too, many times but they dont even tell me that it is repairable or not.Worst place.If you people cant repair it then tell that within 1 or 2 days.The guy who is repairing dont even know that what is the issue with my laptop even after 7 days and kept on saying me the same thing from day 1.Worst people. Don’t trust this guys, and do not leave your laptop with them, they will remove all the major parts or replace with bad parts. If your laptop unable to fix by them then they will remove all the major parts from your laptop. I gave my Acer Travel Mate T2410 (4 GB Inbuilt RAM) to fix the Motherboard issue (Water Damage). Electra Service Ticket #30526. They said that they will investigate and call me back with estimation within 2 days. But I did not get any call, finally I called them on the 3rd day and they said motherboard need to be replaced they call back me back with estimation again. After a week they said they are unable to get new / replacement motherboard. So I went and collect my laptop and sent that laptop to Bangalore Acer Customer care (My Friend is working there as technician). Acer guys checked and they said 4 Inbuilt RAM ICs are missing, Battery is replaced and BIOS IC also missing.

Long back I had given my old laptop i.e Toshiba laptop for service in here. Then, Toshiba service centre people would burn the pockets. I was glad that I came across this service centre. They had serviced the laptop for an affordable price. Today again I had visited this place to give my another old laptop of mine.

I had given dell laptop for display problem, and they charged me. they had given a month warranty for the repaired laptop, after 2 months it had same display problem, again i went there and got repaired my laptop and they charged again,.And for the 3rd time i am facing same problem. One of the worst laptop service centre.

I have my asus x series laptop which had a power button issue. Initially when I checked the problem I took my laptop to authorized service center, my laptop was there at service center for roughly around 1 week and they said we cannot get its part because its orginal parts are not there in the market. So my cousin suggested this place for repair and I gave my laptop for repair and got it back repaired within 1 week and cost me around ₹800 which was a slight lesser compared to what the authorized service center told me and its past 1 month its working fine no problem with it.They service/repair all brand laptops. So if u have any laptop repairs then its a good to go for this service center because it is one of the prominent service center..

Worst customer Service. I had given my laptop for repairing last month and they told they will repair it and deliver within one week and told an estimation of 5k. After one month they are calling and telling that they cant repair and come and collect the laptop. If you people cant do the work then should have told the same within one or two days.. Not like keeping the customer wait for one month and telling that you cant..I will personally suggest dont ever go there for any of your laptop issues.

They pretty much have the solutions fkr anything related to your computer. Extremely satisfoed with their work.

Pathetic customer service...!!! I had given my laptop to repair its hinges. After repairing, the microphone and webcam are not working which were working fine till then. As soon as I contacted them. They responded by saying that, once they repair, it is our responsibility to check if the laptop has occurred additional problems because of their service.

Repair charges are very high. I am surprised with the high review ratings given for this place.(Comment updated on 11-Sep-2018)You had not given any estimation before repair. Also, you had mentioned that you had replaced power supply IC and Not IO controller. Also, problem with my laptop was that it was not powering up. Nothing to do with IO controller. There is a world of a difference between Power supply IC and an IO Controller. I have record of our conversation as proof.

I had given my laptop to get its screen repaired. Despite handing my laptop over twice for the same problem winthin a span of two months and spending 6,000 Rs the problem still persists. The brand new screen that was put in even had damaged pixels and the display keeps going on and off on its own. I still havent received the invoice for my last visit to them despite reminding them more than twice. Also, the time that they take for repair is usually more than what they say as is the amount they charge.

They have a poor understanding of the problem and charge undue amount by unnecessarily changing parts that are working fine. After having my screen replaced twice and paying Rs 6,000 for it the display has gone out again. This is the fourth time Ive had to come to them for the same problem. The time taken for repair is also long.

Had a bad experienceGave laptop for the display issue, they told the problem was with the graphics card and removed it, Replaced the keyboard also. But just next day display went again (It was working well on an external display). But in the next service, they got the motherboard shorted out.

*WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE**Electra Lap Solutions*, everyone may heard this name, so called one of the chipset service engineer in Mangalore.Once he visited our office saying we are experts in servicing laptops chip level service, and he has quoted some dealer names as they all send the materials to him for service, So I have started sending customer laptops for servicing, and he used to do service small issue like not powering on , display issue etc.. After sometime later we got some issues with our own materials’ (which we kept ideal in packed state for some days), and we sent the laptop for servicing and it came back saying it has chipset issue, I was shocked laptop was in off state and we didn’t able to power on the laptop, I ignored that and started sending laptops and in a span of one year we has send such 5 to 6 laptops unused, not powering on laptops and he sent back saying chipset issue. I sent same laptop to banglore for service and they said they have attended the issue in non relevant area and now entire boards is short and mothers has to be replace. I have lost all 6 laptops because of him which costs around 1 lakh including MACBOOK. While in conversation i told same thing and he says we are not here to make profit for you.So I am requesting all dealers be careful while giving expensive laptops to him, This is my bitter experience with him and because of his service customer has rated 1 for service.
