My experience was good. I needed a chair for Work From Home. The sales associate understood my requirements and helped select the right chair. Delivery was hassle free and arrived at my doorstep. The price is also competitive when compared to purchasing the same product online. The chair I purchased is comfortable and of good quality.

All I had to do after viewing their catalogs on their site, was to send them a message directly from Google play services (which shows with search results of the showroom). This was yesterday, on Sunday. Within 5 minutes they got in touch with me, sent me a Google play services order form to fill up, and the order was confirmed directly. The delivery was made today. I paid by Google pay and was done.It was the simplest and quickest online purchase Ive ever made, specially on a Sunday. So people tend to know very little about them. This is where you need either research online or go to a good for like this.If you cant visit the store they can provide you the model details and prices Ive whatsapp too.Payments:Payments can be made over credit/debit card, Google pay or Bank transfer.They also provide product delivery, however for a chair its best to visit the store and experience the chairs on your own.Warranty:The products are warranted for 1yr. But Featherlite is a brand known for quality. So I dont expect any issues arising anytime soon.Stock:They have a godown and do have a wide range of chairs available at the showroom for you to compare and make a decision.

I ordered for an office chair from here. Chair quality is pretty good. I was disappointed with the delivery though. It was not a door delivery though they had a separate vehicle delivering items. They asked us to come to National Highway to collect the order(sadly, it was not mentioned earlier when I was ordering the chair) .I had asked for door step delivery in Kundapura. May be the home delivery is better within Mangalore.
