Baldev denied this and communicated in a very rude and unhelpful way, Chrono24 refused to help, Im now out of pocket by some $700 which is the cost for Cartier to replace the sapphire glass. Appalling service and misleading description of sale item - stay clear

Beautiful jewelry and quality but not completely satisfied with the service.After ordering and paying a ring of almost 300 euros, I have to call the store after a week to hear that this ring is sold out and will not come again. By phone it is promised to find a suitable solution the next day and to offer rings in the same price range. After choosing a ring (which they put for us) it turns out to be more than 170 euros more expensive. Not a suitable solution for me.

Was by to offer old gold, what a disappointment! First, we are helped by a girl whose face looked like thunder. The quality mark and weight are examined. Then they calculate something on calculating machineAnd gives a much lower amount than stated on the site. I ask her how many carats she thinks they are (18 Carats) tell her that the gram price is lower than stated on the site! Yes answer yes but that price is for marked gold!My question if she wants to test the jewelry, she answers no, not necessary, I see by the color!What a disappointment!

Here at Baldev, I received the best price for my gold, so it was a good thing for me. In August 2016 I sold my gold there, a 14 carat ring and 22 carat necklace. I was offered 770 euros for that, while I was only offered 700 by another jeweler who then called himself the best buyer from a 2013 VARA test in 2016 (time to update their website!). Other buyers may advertise higher amounts per gram, but they actually do not offer that! What is wrong then if you come out of the store with a 10% difference in value? At Baldev, my gold was valued at the correct 22 carats, while another jeweler at Spiegelgracht 12 tried to tell me it was only 20 carats. Still a price difference of around 3 euros / gram between 20 and 22 carats !! So my advice ... given that we are not an expert, first go to different jewelers to value your gold, and do not immediately listen to the purchasing talk of the employee, but only base yourself on what is offered! With a short visit to various things, you will soon notice that there are major differences between jewelers. Baldev was the one who offered me the most. So definitely worth a visit and check out what others are offering. There is a good chance that you will come back to Baldev!
