Iris florists are the most hassle free and positive florists I have come across recently. I had placed an order from uae for a friend in Mangalore and my order was delivered within the stipulated time and was well received. They kept in touch with me throughout and sent me pictures of how my order was looking. I will keep ordering from Iris and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Placed an order from Australia for my mom and sister on mothers day. The order was for a bouquet and a box of sweets/ chocolates for each of them. Two terribly wilted rose bouquets arrived, and only one box of chocolates. When I contacted them they said sweet shops were not open due to lockdown which is why they couldnt deliver one. I could understand so I asked them to replace it with something of equal value, like a chocolate box, given that Ive paid a lot for it. They agreed, and kept saying they would deliver, but its been more than a month now and nothing has arrived. Im also very upset that they took the order but didnt bother getting in touch to let me know that they couldnt fulfill it, and not even offer a refund. Theyre trying to take advantage of the fact that the gift recipient would be too polite to mention the bad condition the gift arrived in. I wouldnt have known if I hadnt seen a picture.Very unprofessional. I dont recommend this company, especially if youre ordering from overseas.

Have used the services of the establishment on 2 occasions and they have delivered on time and with quality material. Staff is extremely professional and well spoken. On the earlier occasion had spoken to a lady named Suraksha who had handled my assignment very well. The next assignment was handled by Yash, Bhavyashri and Gunashree who were equally helpful and polite.... I live in Mumbai and will make it a point to visit their outlet and meet the mentioned employees and connect and appreciate their work personally. Kudos to the team and the owner of the business.

Worst experience ever....! Screwed up my surprise plan. The delivery reached at 11:30 PM. That too after calling so many times n shouting at the customer service. If your taking orders online please give the preference to online orders; since we keep hope n faith that you will fulfill our plans. If you are unable to deliver on time please don’t take the orders so that we can look some other source or method to deliver. It was really annoying experience. The office staffs were behaved like we ordered flowers for free. Also, I heard someone shouting at the caller with some bad and cheap words. I will never recommend this place to anyone..!!!

The one word that sums up my experience with Iris Florists is PERFECTION.From the moment I made contact with them, they went out of their way to ensure my need to send a very beautiful and tasteful flower arrangement to a funeral the next day was met.Its is always quit nerve racking dealing with an unknown shop in another country and even sure if they are legitimate or not. However, Iris Florists dealt with my concerns professionally and, even when my funds did not arrive on time, they accepted proof of wire and had the flowers delivered.The bouquet was beautiful and greatly appreciated by the family who received them.The only suggestion I have for Iris Florist is to take credit card payments through their website instead of having funds transferred to their bank account. Now that I have done it, I am comfortable to do it again. However, there will be some people that are uncomfortable transferring cash and it would be a shame for Iris Florists to loose a sale for this reason.Thank you Sonya and the rest of your teamKen

Well you can buy bouquets and chocolates from this place...It will reach you on time n same as shown in online image..But do not order cakes..they ruin your surprise by sending a cake which looks totally different n plain...

With flowers we express our emotions with our loved once . Today I would like to express my experience with Iris. They dont understand and value our emotions but only Commercial dealings. Due to covid was not able to attend funeral of my dad so thought of expressing my gratitude n love by sending wreath of white and pink Roses which they post in thier website but delivered was completely different cheap flowers with few roses here and there. I wouldnt have written my review if colour of Roses were different. I wish I can show share images of what was promised and delivered. So that you can understand my feelings without words. Paid for Roses :(They dont value emotions so please dont order from them, I dont want anyone to have similar experience and regret feelings.Hope my review would be useful for others.
