Place looks neat and grand. Food available at reasonable prices. Try the veg and non veg platter! Especially the non veg,its really delicious.For dessert, I would recommend Caramel Custurd,its too good!

This has to be listed among one of the best hotels in Mangalore. The food, the ambience and the service was really outstanding. And the icing on the cake was the precautions taken against Covid which made us feel truly at home.

Absolutely unprofessional staff at the reception, told us theres a 15 minute wait, every time adding another 15 and after a 45 minute wait they tell us that theres still waiting. If you cant manage, then let people know before hand so that theyre not left stranded at 10:15 in the night

It is agood place to go out with your family and friends.We ordered Butter naan , neer dosa , kadai chicken ,curd rice ,fresh fruit salad and masala papad.All the items were tasty.It is a neat and tidy place.It is so calm and quiet place.There was also a soothing music played.Staff are friendly and there service is good.But i feel it is little costly here.

As my sons birthday, i went to restuarant. I enquired about availability of seat and no one is bothered to reply.

Too much crowded, badly managed. We were here for the dinner. The person who took the name and number of people did not even ask us if we dine in to AC or non AC. When he called us, he is rudely telling us that we should have mentioned that we want AC dine in. Very unprofessional.

This was our first visit and had to return back without having food, initially we were told our turn is after 30 min but everytime we asked we were made to wait and this went for another 45 min later on we were given menu card to take order outside in the sitting area, didnt expect such a cheap treatment from the staffs of sai palace we were really disappointment, am sure the management will take this issue.this incident happened on 6th November, was waiting from 8:30 to 9:45 ..
