Once we give the vechile for service simply they do vechile wash and return to us even they didnt changed My Ntorq Engine oil. i bring notice to Mr Harish(Service Incharge) but no response this showroom is looting the customer. i asked them to show CCTV record for oil change but they refused.

A great Care for Customer attitude!!!I have an old TVS champ 1987 model, had a stand spring problem and accelator wire had broken. I took my vehicle to showroom and reported the problem. Young guy, seems to be an owner, heard my complaint and immediately advised his service staff to attend the problem. Spares were not available in showroom, he sent one of his staff to get the cable wire from ou hutside. Well I was not expecting this service knowing my vehicle is 33 year old. Its an old classic TVS champ, I am keeping it as I have great memories with it. But they promptly attend the problem and got it fixed. I sincerely appreciate thier service. Many thanks to shoroom owner and their staff..

VERY WORST, LIERS, FAKE PROMISES/OFFERS TILL PURCHASE, THEN THEY WILL SCOLD THEIR EMPLYS SAYING THAT THEY CONVEYED WORONG, BAD SERVICE, THEY DONT KNW WHICH SEAT COVERS WILL SUITE FOR PARTICULAR VEHICLE N PUT WRONG ONE RESULTING IN NON CLOSABLE SEAT N WILL NEVER TRY TO RESOLVE RATHER THEY SKIP, SIMILAR WITH OTHERS...EVEN WITH MANY SUCH INSIDENTS THEY WILL NEVER RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKE...Others may give more star it may because of office workers are helpless n try to justify their job...nothing else...

They not rectify the problem, they are creating problem...From 2nd free servicing they done 4 free service but they not resolve my bike self start problem..After 5th service they are change the spark plug but the switch is completely gone and clutch plate is not working properly...I sincerely advise you guys dont leave your bike to them.. They response also very very bad...😠😡

Very bad, I was misinformed that prudential insurance was a must to by via loan but when i inquired in Mysore it was a false information given my Mr Vinay and it costed me to pay extra for insurance. I wanted discount for the amount i got via scratch card to my wego but Smt Vishalakshi insisted to get accessories only via the scratch card. Purchased accessories too was not given a bill. So loss was around Rs 3000/- was more compared to Mysore. So please buy in Mysore that is better.
